RFP - Janitorial Service for City Facilities

Contractor will provide to City the janitorial services described in the Scope of Services, attached and incorporated herein as Contract Attachment A: Scope of Services. Contractor agrees to furnish all tools, equipment, apparatus, facilities, labor, materials, utility and transportation services to perform and complete the Services in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, as defined in Section 4. Only the City Council, the City Manager, or authorized delegee may authorize any change or addition to the Scope of Services. The Services must be performed and completed as required to the City's satisfaction. Contractor must use its best efforts to complete the Services in a professional and expeditious manner and to meet or exceed the performance standards required by the Contract Documents. Contractor is solely responsible for supervising and directing all aspects of the Services to facilitate the efficient and timely completion of the Services.
